Yes there are things I wish you'd say
     Neath the whispers of the night
As we watch the moon go slowly
     Bathing softly in her light

Or when we sit by close together
     United in one song
When lips are sealed but hearts are open

When you hold me closely when we dance

Of the words that matter most of all
   Not the silly passing things

Lest you think I have forgotten
   Then keep the thought away
